care of your drivers from the home office, no matter where they are.
The
AHFA/T-Chek Card enables you to:
- Advance
funds instantly to drivers at thousands of locations 24 hours a day
seven days a week, including ATMs, truck stops, banks, weigh stations,
hotels, convenience stores, and repair shops.
- Integrate
advances into your current system.
- Gain
immediate access to cashing information on-line by accessing last
eight transactions in account management, real-time interface to
your dispatch software, or through a toll-free telephone call to
T-Chek Systems.
- You
can place un-cashed funds on hold by utilizing our account management function.
Express
Cash
You
can also advance cash to your drivers via AHFA/T-Chek Express Cash.
Express Cash allows drivers to get cash for purchases at truck stops,
banks, weigh stations, motels, c-stores, repair shops, and more. The
express cash service offers control and authorization flexibility through
paper, electronic, or web based express codes. Drivers present the express
code number to cashing locations, authorization and verification is
obtained, and the cash advance is released with the driver's signature on
the invoice or T-Chek draft. |
